The stork, the animal that brings joy to waiting parents. He brings so much joy, yet receives very little. The only thing that keeps this creature happy is the amount of happiness he brings. No one was there for him, until one summer.
One late spring this stork was swimming in a pod of swans. He was playing and flirting with all the swans when one particular swan catches his eye. He swam over and started playing with this swan. The stork started becoming very fond of this swan. She was happier, prettier, and smarter than the other swans.
It became time for the swans to fly back north for the summer. She had to leave. He was sad and lonely for a while, but soon forgot his norther friends, as he spent time with his old friends, who he hadn't seen in a long time. When he would remember the swan, he would feel lonely.
Come fall, the swans flew back. He noticed the swan, but the playful feelings were
hiding. He kept bumping into this swan, and suddenly it all came rushing back.
She seemed to feel the same way! This made the stork so happy, he did backflips in the air. The two birds were inseparable.
